Prof. Declan Burke R.I.P

With great sadness we must announce the loss of our esteemed colleague and friend Professor Laurence Declan Burke.
Declan passed away peacefully on Sunday morning at the age of 72. He was world renowned in the field of electrochemical research and lectured extensively on his work abroad. He was an inspirational lecturer and supervisor to all his students and postgraduates and remained active in research until he became ill. He will be sadly missed. Suaimhneas s铆ora铆 d谩 anam.
