The Association of Higher Education Career Services (AHECS) Biennial Conference is the premier event for career development professionals across Ireland. This year, we are delighted to host the conference in Cork, bringing together thought leaders, practitioners, and innovators for two days of learning, networking, and collaboration.

Our theme this year asks us to rethink career development learning in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, automation, political and social change and uncertainty on a global scale. Through expert keynotes and collaborative sessions, we will explore innovative approaches to embedding future-ready skills, fostering purpose-driven career exploration, and ensuring equity and social justice in era of unprecedented change.
