School of Pharmacy, UCC Invites Applications for Health Literacy Microcredential
The School of Pharmacy, 晚上福利在线观看 Cork has opened registration for 'An Introduction to Health Literacy for Health and Social Care Professions', a ten-week microcredential delivered by Prof Laura Sahm and Dr Michelle O鈥橠riscoll in collaboration with the National Adult Literacy Agency.
The course begins Monday 6 October 2025, with registration closing on Monday 22 September.
Aimed at those working in healthcare and health information, the programme explores practical ways to support patients and carers with health literacy challenges. Learning includes weekly self-directed online content, a 90-minute interactive workshop, lived-experience contributions and discussion boards, all designed to provide tangible actions for use in professional settings.
