New UCC exhibition showcases life-sized Irish dinosaurs

Over 250 original fossils on display in new UCC exhibition – including bones from the only known dinosaurs from Ireland.

The Domain of the Dinosaurs will also feature nine life-sized skeleton casts, including the Irish dinosaurs Megalosaurus and Scelidosaurus plus the dinosaur Iguanodon, marine reptiles and pterosaurs, the flying cousins of dinosaurs.

Fossils to be displayed alongside newly commissioned Irish art, with special curated events planned.
