Biography
Paul spent five years in software development followed by nine years as a full time lecturer in Carlow IT and CIT. He spent a further four years in software development working on telecommunications and software services. He then spect three years been working on Internet protocol optimisation. In MISL, he worked on the optimisation of video streaming traffic for the BACOPT project.
