We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Statute XCII.

Schedule

Statutes I. to XCI. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork shall be read and construed with the additions, modifications and amendments hereinafter set forth.

CHAPTER I.
Stipends

1. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained in Statutes I. to XCI. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, the annual stipends of certain full-time professorships and lectureships and of certain full- time Officers of the College shall, as from the dates specified here- under, be those hereinafter set forth.
2. The annual stipend of the President shall, with the concurrence of the present holder of the post, be £7,290 as from 1 January, 1972.
3. • (a) The annual stipend of each full-time professorship (including the full-time professorships in the Faculty of Dairy Science) with the exception of the full-time professorships referred to in sub- sections (b) and (c) of this section, in Statute XC., Chapter I., section 3(b), and in Statute XCI., Chapter I., section 2(a), shall as from 1 January, 1972, be £4,449 increasing by annual increments of £159 to a maximum of £5,244.
   • (b) The annual stipend of each of the full-time professorships set out in this sub-section shall, with the concurrence of the present holders of the posts, be £4,665 increasing by annual increments of £159 to maximum of £5,480:

     Professorship of Conservative Dentistry

     Professorship of Dental Prosthetics

     Professorship of Dental Surgery

     Professorship of Orthodontics

   • (c) The annual stipend of full-time associate professorships. shall, as from 1 January, 1972, be £4,047, increasing by annual increments of £159 to a maximum of £4,842.
   • (d) Statute XC., Chapter I., sections 2, 3(a) (c) and (e), is hereby amended.
4. • (a) The annual stipend of Readers shall, as from 1 January, 1972, be £3,657 increasing by annual increments of £105 to a maximum of £4,707.
   • (b) Statute XC., Chapter I., section 6(a) is hereby amended.
5. • (a) The annual stipend of each full-time lectureship (including the full-time lectureships in the Faculty of Dairy Science), with the exception of the Lectureship in Computer Science and of the full-time lectureships referred to in sub-sections (b) and (c) of this section and in Statute XCI., Chapter I., section 3(a), shall, as from 1 January, 1972, be £3,039 increasing by annual increments of £105 to a maximum of £4,089.
   • (b) The annual stipend of each of the full-time lectureships set out in this sub-section shall, as from 1 January, 1972, be £3,489 increasing by annual increments of £105 to a maximum of £4,539:

     Lectureship in Conservative Dentistry

     Lectureship in Dental Surgery

     Lectureship in Social Medicine

   • (c) The annual stipend of the Lectureship in Preventive Dentistry shall, as from 1 January, 1972, be £1,729.50 increasing by annual increments of £54 to a maximum of £2,269.50.
6. • (a) The annual stipend of the Secretary and Bursar shall be the same as that provided in section 3(a) hereof.
   • (b) The annual stipend of the Librarian shall be the same as that provided in section 4(a ) hereof; as and from the date of coming into operation of Statute XCI. the annual stipend of the Librarian shall be the same as that provided in section 3(a) hereof.
   • (c) The annual stipend of the Lectureship in Computer Science (the holder of which also acts as Director of the Computer Bureau) shall be the same as that provided in section 3(a) hereof.
   • (d) Statute LXXII., Chapter V., section 3, as amended, Statute XC., Chapter I., section 5, and Statute XCI., Chapter II, are hereby amended.

CHAPTER II.

1. This Statute shall be construed with and as part of Statutes I. to XCI. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork and may be cited as Statute XCII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork or Stat. XCII. of Univ. Coll. Cork.
2. This Statute shall come into operation on the sixteenth day of November, 1972.
