We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Statute LXXXIII.

Schedule

Statutes I. to LXXXII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork shall be read and construed with the additions, modifications and amendments hereinafter set forth.

CHAPTER I.
Professorship of Social Theory and Institutions

1. There shall be established in the College, in the event of its institution by the National University of Ireland, a Professorship of Social Theory and Institutions.
2. The said professorship shall be a full time office within the meaning of the statutes of the College and of the University. The stipend of the professorship shall be the same as that provided in Statute LXXX., Chapter I., section 5(a)(ii). The provisions of Statute LXVII.. Chapter IV., as amended. shall also apply to the office.
3. The duties of the professor shall be to lecture in Social Theory and Institutions for all degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University and for all diplomas and certificates of the College. He shall also examine in Social Theory and Institutions for the College and, if required by the Senate to do so, for the University.
4. The said professorship shall be a pensionable office to which the provisions of Statute LXXIX., as amended, and the Pension Scheme annexed thereto shall apply.
5. The said professorship shall be tenable for the same term and upon the same conditions and the holder thereof shall be subject to the same duties and obligations as if the said professorship had been included in Statutes I. to LXXXII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork.

CHAPTER II.
Faculties

Statute XXVII., Chapter II., as already amended, is hereby further amended by the addition of the subject Social Theory and Institutions to the Faculties of Arts and Commerce and of the subject Dairy and Food Microbiology to the Faculty of Science.

CHAPTER III.

1. This statute shall be construed with and as part of Statutes I. to LXXXII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork and may be cited as Statute LXXXIII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork or Stat. LXXXIII. of Univ. Coll. Cork.
2. This statute shall come into operation on the fourteenth day of April, 1970.
