We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Statute VII.

Schedule

Statutes I. To VI. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, shall be read and construed with the additions, modifications and amend- ments as hereunder set forth.

Chapter XV.

The following Sections are hereby added to Chapter XV:-

• 14. A Professor or Lecturer appointed after the 1st November, 1916, and who had not held such appointment prior to 1st November, 1916, shall be appointed for a period of three years, at the end of which period he shall be eligible for re-appointment, and if re-appointed he shall hold office in accordance with Clause 9 or 10.
• 15. Any existing officer of the late Queen's College, Cork, who has been appointed to an equivalent office in the College, to hold office during the period of seven years from the date of the dissolution of the Royal University may, after the expiration of such period, be re-appointed to the office which he has so held notwithstanding that he has at the date of such re-appointment attained the age of sixty-five years, and such officer, if re-appointed, may be continued in office from year to year if, where necessary, such continuance is recommended to the Senate of the University by the Governing Body with the approval of the President and is sanctioned by the Senate annually, and if, where necessary, such continuance is recommended to the Governing Body by the President and is sanctioned by the Governing Body annually.

This Statute shall be construed with and as Part of the said Statutes I. to VI. of 晚上福利在线观看 Cork, and may be cited as Statute VII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, or Stat. VII., Univ,Coll., Cork.

This Statute shall come into operation on the 29th day of June, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen.
