We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Given under the Common Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, this twenty-fifth day of March, 1947.

Statute XLV

Schedule

1. Research Professorship in Modern Irish History.
   • (a) There shall be established in the College in the event of its institution by the Senate of the National University of Ireland a Research Professorship in Modern Irish History.
   • (b) The said Professorship shall be a part-time and non-pensionable office. The stipend of such Professorship shall be £150 per annum, and such other sums for special work as the Governing Body may decide.
   • (c) The provisions of Statute XXXIV. Chapter I. Sections 6 to 12 shall not apply to this Professorship

CHAPTER II.

Statute XXVII., Chapter II., as amended by Statute XXXVII., Chapter III., and by Statute XLIII., Chapter 7 is hereby further amended as follows:

By the addition of the subject Modern Irish History to the Faculty of Arts, and to the Faculty or Celtic Studies.

CHAPTER III.

1. This Statute shall be construed with and as part of Statutes I to XLIV. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, and may be cited as Statute XLV. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, or Stat. XLV. of Univ. Coll., Cork.
2. This Statute shall come into operation on the twenty-fifth day of March, 1947.
