Statute XLIII.

Irish Universities Act, 1908.

We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the above Act, do by this present instrument under the Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Given under the Common Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, this Thirty-first day of October, 1945.

Statute XLIII.

SCHEDULE.

CHAPTER I.

  1. Professorship of Dairy Accounting and Dairy Economics
  2. Professorship of Dairy Engineering.
  3. The offices instituted by this Chapter shall be pensionable offices, and Statute XLI., Chapter III., Table B is hereby amended by the addition of said offices thereto.

CHAPTER II.

  1. Professorship of Bio-Chemistry.

CHAPTER III.

  1. Professorship of Accounting and Business Administration.

CHAPTER IV.

  1. Professorship of Ancient History.

CHAPTER V.

  1. Professorship of Ophthalmology.
  2. Professorship of Dental Surgery.

CHAPTER VI.

The Professorships instituted by this Statute shall be tenable for the same term and upon the same conditions and. the holders thereof shall be subject to the same duties and obligations as if the said Professorships had been included in Statutes I. to XLII of University College, Cork.

CHAPTER VII.

Statute XXVII., Chapter II., as amended by Statute XXXVII., Chapter III., is hereby further amended as follows :

CHAPTER VIII.

  1. This Statute shall be construed with and as part of Statutes I. to XLII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork and may be cited as Statute XLIII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, or Stat. XLIII. of Univ. Coll., Cork.
  2. This Statute shall come into operation on the thirty-first day of October, 1945.
