Statute XXX.
Irish Universities Act, 1908

We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under
and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by
the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal
of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in
the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said
College.
Given under the Common Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, this Fifth day of January, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-five.

was affixed:

Statute XXX.
Schedule
- Statutes I. to XXIX, of 晚上福利在线观看,
Cork, shall be read and construed with the additions
and modifications as hereunder set forth.
- The Research Professorship of Gaelic Languages
referred to in Sections (2), (3), (4), and (5) of Statute
XXIII. of University College, Cork, is hereby
extinguished with the consent of the holder.
- In the event of a Research Professorship of
Gaelic Languages being established in University
College, Dublin, and a special endowment therefor
being placed at the disposal of that College by the
Executive Council of Saorstát Éireann, or any public
body or bodies, the Governing Body of University
College, Cork, shall transfer to University College,
Dublin, the amounts received from the Executive
Council of Saorstát Éireann for the pension of the
Research Professor of Gaelic Languages in University
College, Cork (instituted by Statute XL. of the
University) with such accrued interest as the Governing
Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, may decide.
- This Statute shall be construed with and as
part of Statutes I. to XXIX. of 晚上福利在线观看,
Cork, and may be cited as Statute XXX. of University
College, Cork, or Stat. XXX. of Univ. Coll., Cork.
- This Statute shall come into operation on the
First day of April, One Thousand Nine Hundred
and Thirty-five.

was affixed.
