We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Given under the Common Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, this eighteenth day of May, One Thousand Nine Hundred and twenty-nine.

Statute XXIII.

Schedule

1. Statutes I to XXII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, shall be read and construed with the additions and modifications as hereunder set forth.
2. There shall be in the College (in the event of such a Professorship being instituted within the College by the Senate of the National University of Ireland) in addition to the Professorships mentioned in Statutes I to XXII. of 晚上福利在线观看. Cork, a Professorship to be known as the Research Professorship of Gaelic Languages, so long as the special endowment for the purpose shall be placed at the disposal of the said College by the Executive Council of Saorstát Éireann or other public body or bodies.
3. The stipend of the said Research Professorship of Gaelic Languages shall be Nine Hundred pounds per annum.
4. As long as the special endowment for the purpose is placed at the disposal of the College by the Executive Council of Saorstát Éireann or other public body or bodies, the Research Professorship of Gaelic Languages shall be a Pensionable one in accordance with Statute XVI. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork.
5. The said Research Professorship of Gaelic Languages shall be a full-time Professorship within the meaning of the Statutes of the College and University.
6. The Professorships in Chemistry and in Philosophy shall be Pensionable Offices in accordance with Statute XVI. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, provision having been made therefor under Clause 9 of said Statute.
7. Statute XXII. shall be read and construed with the amendments following:-
   At the end of Clause 8 (a) add "or to deposit it in a box provided therefor in the College, such box to be under the custody of the Registrar."
   In Clause 11, after " Post" add "or deposited in a box provided therefor in the College, and which is under the custody of the Registrar."
8. This Statute shall be construed with and as part of Statutes I. to XXII. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, and may be cited as Statute XXIII. of University College, Cork, or Stat, XXIII. of Univ. Coll., Cork.
9. This Statute shall come into operation on the 21st day of May, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-Nine.
