Irish Universities Act, 1908

We, the Governing Body of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, under and by virtue of the powers in that behalf conferred on us by the said Act, Do by this present instrument under the Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, make the Statute contained in the Schedule hereof for the general government of the said College.

Given under the Common Seal of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork, this fourteenth day of December, 1976.

Statute CX.

Schedule

Statutes I. to CIX. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork shall be read and construed with the additions, modifications and amendments herein- after set forth.

CHAPTER I.
Office of the Vice-President

  1. There shall be established in the College the office of Vice- President.
  2. The Vice-President shall be appointed by the Governing Body on the nomination of the President. He shall be removable from office by the Governing Body.
  3. The stipend of the Vice-Presidency shall be £940 per annum.
  4. The duties of the Vice-President shall be to assist the President in his duties as head and chief officer of the College, and he shall be entitled, if so appointed by the President, to preside over the Governing Body and Academic Council Committees of which the President is, ex officio, entitled to be Chairman. He shall also be an ex officio member of all the Faculties of the College and shall be entitled, if so appointed by the President, to preside at the meetings of the faculties.

CHAPTER II.
Officers of the College

Statute XCVI., Chapter VII., is hereby amended by the addition of the words "a Vice-President" after the words "a Dean of Student Affairs" and Statute I., Chapter XIX., section 1, is further amended accordingly.

CHAPTER III.

  1. This Statute shall be construed with and as part of Statute I. to CIX. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork and may be cited as Statute CX. of 晚上福利在线观看, Cork or Stat. CX. of Univ. Coll. Cork.
  2. This Statute shall come into operation on the fourteenth day of December, 1976.
