Biography
Dr. Cristian Dr膬ghici is the post-doctoral researcher on the JCOERE project team at Titu Maiorescu University. He is a Lecturer at "Titu Maiorescu" University of Bucharest 鈥� Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences, Tg-Jiu. His personal research interests are specialised in Insolvency Law. He has published several articles on insolvency of individuals and his PhD Thesis is "Another perspective on the insolvency law - the bankruptcy of individuals within the context of modernizing the national legislation".
As researcher on the JCOERE project, he brings his experience as a lawyer in insolvency litigation.
