On 16th May 2025, 晚上福利在线观看 Cork will host a very special one-day Symposium in honour of the late Professor Patrick (PF) Fox, who passed away in July 2024. Professor Fox鈥檚 scientific contributions to dairy science and technology, especially in dairy chemistry, and cheese ripening, are known the world over. Today, his former students and collaborators carry on his legacy in their research at prestigious universities and institutes and in the dairy industry around the world.
To celebrate this enormous contribution to dairy science, the university where he spent his career invites you to this special Symposium. The Symposium will feature talks by internationally leading researchers, Professor Fox鈥檚 former students and collaborators, and early career researchers in dairy science. The Symposium will be held in 晚上福利在线观看 Cork鈥檚 185-year-old , and will be followed by a dinner in the .
